Add a new staff member and/or administrator or remove them/alter privileges under staff settings

Add a new staff member

Select this option at the top right of your Staff dashboard (Settings > Staff) to create a new profile or find the person if they are already a member in the system. If you have already entered the person as a member prior to adding them as staff it is important to avoid a duplicate profile and search for their details.

You will then be able to add their permissions for your Influx account. Note permissions should granted to “manage” if you intend on making this person an administrator.


Once you have created the profile you will have several options on the staff details page for this person.
