Appointments

Configuring appointments is done in Settings > Preferences > Appointments.

The two options are

  • Send Reminders
  • Client booking availability

Send reminders

This setting enables sending reminders for appointments via text message or email

Note: this cannot over-ride a member opting out of receiving text messages. Also: SMS will need to be enabled for this function: Read more about SMS

Services

To create an appointment you need to configure a service. A service is something you offer to be booked like PT or Massage.

You can configure services under Settings > Preferences > Services

Adding a service

Give the service a name and enter the description and timeframe.

Choose a colour for your planner by clicking in the colour field.

Decide who can see when appointments are available under visibility. Note: By selecting ‘Member’ both the member and staff can see this service.
