SMS messaging
You can send text message to your members from within Influx, and automate text notifications to members on waitlists (for when space becomes available).
To turn on this feature, go to the 'Comms' section, and select 'enable it'.
We'll then automatically give you 10 texts to start you off. Further texts can then be purchased in bundles of 100.
SMS Pricing
New Zealand: 15c per text (e.g. 300 texts for $45).
Australia: 15c per text (e.g. 300 texts for $45).
United Kingdom: 8p per text (e.g. 300 texts for £24).
United States of America: 10c per text (e.g. 300 texts for $30).
Canada: 15c per text (e.g. 300 texts for $45).
Contact us if you would like to purchase a bundle, and we will add it to your next invoice. Texts are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Member control
Members can opt-out/unsubscribe from receiving text messages at any time within InfluxApp, by going to their ‘Account’ section, and editing their ‘waitlist notifications’ option found there.
