When to run a course

Course are best utilised when you are running one or a set of scheduled times that are all related to a single pass.

Some great examples of when to run a course are:

  • A nutrition seminar
  • A 8 week Olympic Lifting course
  • A two day training camp

Courses allow you to allot the specified time and book each attendee into every slot as well as record payments (if configured) against the pass for the entire course.

Course classes also cannot be individually booked by attendees, unlike standard classes, as you register for all the sessions of the course.
